Job Summary
Providing telephonic and virtual EAP counseling, the full-time Ohio Licensed EAP Counselor will conduct assessments, coordinate case management, and consult with HR and organizational leaders to address employee behavioral concerns in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic triage and assessments, providing immediate support on behavioral health and work-life issues
- Coordinate case management and make clinical determinations in alignment with company policies
- Consult with Human Resources and organizational leaders to provide guidance on employee behavioral concerns and workplace interventions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, psychology, counseling, or related field)
- 5 years of experience as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor or equivalent clinical experience
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Certified HR Professional, or Certified EAP Counselor preferred
- Active and unrestricted license in the state of employment may be required for face-to-face counseling
- Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
