Ohio Licensed EEG Technologist

Job Summary

Seeking an Ohio Licensed EEG Technologist, the full-time position will involve real-time remote monitoring of EEG studies and occasional on-site patient support, requiring expertise in recognizing EEG patterns and maintaining communication with medical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor EEG, EMU, LTM, and sEEG studies in real-time
• Perform routine EEG procedures across various modalities and document patient seizure semiology
• Unhook patients at the conclusion of EEG studies and troubleshoot EEG equipment as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School diploma (GED) or higher
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the field
• ABRET board-certified R.EEGT (CLTM preferred)
• Working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology related to EEG
• Must have a secure HIPAA compliant workspace and a reliable internet connection
