Ohio Licensed EHR Analyst II
Job Summary
To support the Digital Clinical Services team, the full-time Ohio Licensed EHR Analyst II will perform moderate complexity Epic build, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining Epic certification in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborating with users to define system functionality, information flow, and data requirements
- Configuring and maintaining Epic workflows, tools, and documentation templates while supporting upgrades and new feature implementations
- Creating and executing integrated test plans, participating in testing activities, and providing Level 2 support for complex incidents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 2-4 years of experience in EHR analysis or related field
- Epic certification(s) in assigned module(s) required within a specified timeframe
- Proficiency in system configuration and workflow management
- Experience in testing and optimization activities related to EHR systems
