Ohio Licensed ENT Practice Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing ENT practice, the full-time Ohio Licensed ENT Practice Nurse will manage patient care, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a working understanding of regulatory requirements and support leadership in compliance efforts
• Integrate age-specific and culturally inclusive concepts into patient care and facilitate patient education
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care through shared decision-making and clinical judgment

Required qualifications

• Associate/Diploma prepared RN from an accredited institution with 2+ years of experience; must enroll in a BSN or MSN program if not already obtained
• Active Ohio RN License; may require additional state licensure
• 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Triage and office nursing experience preferred
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMeritTM per Ohio Board of Nursing code
