Ohio Licensed Epic Senior Analyst

Job Summary

To optimize clinical and operational workflows, the full-time Ohio Licensed Epic Senior Analyst will design, build, test, and support Epic applications while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient system integration and compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic configurations that align with operational goals
• Manage smaller projects related to system implementations and upgrades, utilizing various project management methodologies
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes, while mentoring junior analysts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing
• Epic Training Environment Build certification and 3+ years of experience for the Application Training role
