Ohio Licensed Epic Willow Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an Ohio Licensed Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst, the remote permanent position will design, build, test, and support Epic outpatient pharmacy software while mentoring junior team members and coordinating system migrations and user training.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and test Epic Willow Inpatient application builds
- Troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day user workflows
- Act as a main point of contact and mentor for the application team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- PharmD and Willow EPIC certification for inpatient required upon hire
- Minimum of 4 years of Epic experience
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in workflows
