Ohio Licensed Excess & Surplus Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Excess & Surplus Lines Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal timeline and ensure a seamless renewal process for assigned accounts
• Handle all policy transactions, including underwriting compliance and billing for E&S policies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional ongoing care and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Producer's License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Appropriate licensing as required
• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred
