Ohio Licensed Executive Director, Lab Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director Lab Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for group labs and regional directors while promoting strategic vision for laboratory services
• Develop service level agreements with hospital executives and evaluate send-out testing for insourcing
• Monitor lab performance, adherence to quality metrics, and assist with group operating budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• MLS or MLT certification
• Minimum of 7 years in Lab or Hospital Leadership
• Working knowledge of hospital budgeting and financial reporting
• Understanding of quality systems and regulatory standards, including CAP and CLIA regulations
