Ohio Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Telehealth for Substance Use Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions

Required Qualifications:

• Active and verifiable FNP license in Ohio, with Medicaid enrollment as a plus
• At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction, with consideration for relevant experience for those with less than 2 years
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure, with costs covered
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
