Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field RN II.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow professional practice standards, mentor peers, and support patient safety initiatives
• Recognize healthcare systems affecting patient experiences and anticipate patient needs
• Collect and interpret complex patient data, tailoring care to individual patient and family needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate/Diploma prepared RN with 2+ years of experience; must enroll in a BSN or MSN program if not already obtained
• Preferred: BSN or MSN from an accredited institution
• Active Ohio RN License; may need to obtain additional state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMeritTM per Ohio Board of Nursing code
