Job Summary

Leading financial and actuarial strategies for large client portfolios, the full-time Ohio Licensed Financial Actuarial Director will leverage extensive experience to drive revenue growth, deliver complex financial solutions, and manage client relationships while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve plan performance
• Develops and delivers financial strategies for medium to large clients, ensuring high-quality consulting and client delivery
• Guides regional and global teams on deliverables, collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships successfully
• Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional)
