Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller who will oversee the organization's accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting activities, manage month-end and year-end close processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Provide financial oversight and analysis, including cash flow management and risk monitoring, to support strategic planning
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, monitor performance against budget, and develop financial policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Active Certified Public Accountant license
• Progressive accounting/finance experience, including auditing, cost accounting, and budgeting
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proficiency with ERP systems
