Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Retirement Solutions Center - Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members regarding various topics
• Interprets and applies changes to products and educates customers on plan details and implications
• Maintains documentation of interactions and collaborates with internal partners to resolve escalated issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in finance or related field preferred
• One year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
• Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, and Series 63 licenses within specified timeframes
• Knowledge of various insurance products and relevant state/local laws
• Proficiency with computers and common office software
