Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Food and Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Food & Beverage operations and personnel, including event planning and execution
• Market Food and Beverage services and maintain positive client relations
• Oversee compliance with health regulations and manage inventory and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations, including sales and inventory control
• Serv Safe food and alcohol certified
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a management position in Food & Beverage
• Certificate or degree from an accredited culinary school preferred
• Prior supervisory experience required
