Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, an Ohio Licensed Health Insurance Agent will assist clients in understanding their coverage options, manage inbound and outbound calls, and build customer relationships while providing compassionate service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to help clients understand their insurance coverages and select appropriate products
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and assist with Medicare application workflows
- Build and maintain customer relationships to earn loyalty and trust
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in Ohio
- At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems
