Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women & Children's Health Outcomes Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute quality monitoring reviews to ensure at-risk pregnant members receive enhanced maternal care
• Conduct telephonic outreach to members and facilitate coordination of care among healthcare providers and community agencies
• Analyze Pregnancy Risk Assessments and collaborate with internal teams to improve health outcomes for high-risk pregnant members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates Degree or higher in a healthcare-related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of maternal child/pediatric/discharge planning experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of utilization review and/or case management experience preferred
• Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred
• Successful clearance of a driver's license record check and criminal background check is required
