Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Compliance Investigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts investigations of reported incidents involving Medicaid recipients and providers to ensure health and welfare standards are met
  • Reviews and analyzes documentation, performs interviews, and accurately documents all investigative activities
  • Coordinates and refers cases to external entities and educates Medicaid providers on applicable rules and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LISW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPCC) in Ohio
  • Minimum of 1 year of paid experience in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) or related fields
  • Experience in incident investigation, quality assurance, or interfacing with regulatory agencies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations concurrently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based systems
