Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Compliance Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts investigations of reported incidents involving Medicaid recipients and providers to ensure health and welfare standards are met
- Reviews and analyzes documentation, performs interviews, and accurately documents all investigative activities
- Coordinates and refers cases to external entities and educates Medicaid providers on applicable rules and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LISW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPCC) in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of paid experience in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) or related fields
- Experience in incident investigation, quality assurance, or interfacing with regulatory agencies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations concurrently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based systems
