Job Summary

Coordinating clinical suspension activities, the full-time HIM Record Completion Specialist will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for documentation across all hospitals in Ohio while providing training and assistance to clinicians in record completion activities remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate HIM functions to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accrediting standards
• Manage clinical suspension activities to ensure timely and complete documentation
• Train and assist clinicians in record completion processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Experience with medical terminology
• Two years of experience in health information management or related fields
