Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor - Hospice Room and Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Hospice Ancillary Specialists managing Medicaid room and board workflows
• Maintain payer information and ensure accurate application of Medicaid R&B rules and facility contracts
• Oversee timely review and payment of facility invoices for R&B services and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospice operations, Medicaid billing, or related revenue cycle work
• Strong understanding of Medicaid R&B requirements and facility billing
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate billing platforms
• Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
