Job Summary
Offering a part-time opportunity, the Ohio Licensed In-Home Veterinarian will provide compassionate end-of-life care and euthanasia services to pet families across Metropolitan Cleveland, Chagrin Falls, and Bedford, working independently in a mobile environment without the constraints of a non-compete agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families
- Manage a self-directed schedule while ensuring weekend availability on a rotational basis
- Communicate professionally with team members and pet families, demonstrating compassion and respect
Required qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
- Experience in handling difficult conversations and providing compassionate care
- Willingness to engage in ongoing mentorship and professional development
