Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing incident reporting and compliance, the full-time Ohio Licensed Incident Investigator will develop, implement, and investigate incidents while collaborating with various departments and external partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain education related to incident reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Identify, investigate, and process incidents aligned with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with state contracted investigation organizations and oversee prevention plan determinations
Required qualifications
- Degree in Nursing, Social Work, and/or Counseling
- Five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of LTSS, Waiver, and Incident Reporting
- Licensure as RN, LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC required
- Preferred bachelor's in nursing and master's in social work and/or counseling
