Ohio Licensed Incident Investigator

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing incident reporting and compliance, the full-time Ohio Licensed Incident Investigator will develop, implement, and investigate incidents while collaborating with various departments and external partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain education related to incident reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Identify, investigate, and process incidents aligned with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with state contracted investigation organizations and oversee prevention plan determinations

Required qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Social Work, and/or Counseling
• Five years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of LTSS, Waiver, and Incident Reporting
• Licensure as RN, LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC required
• Preferred bachelor's in nursing and master's in social work and/or counseling
