Ohio Licensed Income Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Income Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of income tax compliance, including federal, state, and local tax returns
• Oversee international tax filings and ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and manage income tax audits and examinations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of income tax experience in public accounting and/or a corporate tax department
• Experience managing direct reports and external service providers
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state income taxation and ASC 740
• Experience reviewing consolidated corporate income tax returns
