Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker

Job Summary

Providing advanced clinical social work services, the full-time Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy while working remotely during afternoon and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, along with crisis intervention
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and document patient encounters in compliance with standards

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as required in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years in a social or human services setting with direct practice experience
