Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, with flexible scheduling options and a compensation package that includes a base salary and bonus potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services through telehealth, focusing on treatment planning and client partnership
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools throughout the day
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to support clients in achieving their mental health goals

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses
