Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide outpatient services through a remote telehealth program, focusing on mental health care for diverse populations while working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient privacy in a remote work environment

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work and current Ohio licensure as an Independent Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred, with proficiency in other languages a plus
• Ability to effectively use telehealth technology and communication tools
