Job Summary
To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) will provide board-required clinical supervision while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure
- Guide associates in compliance with Medicaid documentation and treatment planning requirements
- Manage a flexible supervision schedule while ensuring professional development for supervisees
Required qualifications
- A valid LISW-S license in good standing in Ohio with board approval for clinical supervision
- A Master's degree in Social Work
- Proven experience guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
- Familiarity with EHR systems and Medicaid guidelines for clinical documentation
