Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding questions and complaints
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to member accounts while assisting team members
  • Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with regulations while participating in sales and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
  • No formal education requirement
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving customer issues
