Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding questions and complaints
- Analyze and resolve issues related to member accounts while assisting team members
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with regulations while participating in sales and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
- No formal education requirement
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision
- Experience in analyzing and resolving customer issues
