Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Ohio Licensed Insurance Representative, the Customer Service Representative will assist members with insurance inquiries, provide personalized solutions, and engage in a fast-paced, member-focused environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships
- Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance performance
Required qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within the State of Ohio
- Spanish fluency is a plus
