Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS in a remote call center environment
• Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs, coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy without cold calling

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must possess an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote setting
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services
