Job Summary

Engaging with active insurance shoppers, the full-time Ohio Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will utilize inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS to recommend tailored insurance solutions while working remotely in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various communication channels to identify their insurance needs
• Recommend tailored insurance products and solutions based on customer coverage gaps
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales approach without cold calling

Required qualifications

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or related fields
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals or performance metrics
