Job Summary

To support a growing network of investors, the full-time Ohio Licensed Investor Specialist will source and assist clients in purchasing rental properties, manage underwriting processes, and collaborate with local investors and agents to drive leads.

Key responsibilities

• Work with existing clients to source and purchase rental properties
• Assist clients in underwriting properties and creating rehab scopes
• Network with investors, agents, and wholesalers to drive leads and list properties for sale

Required qualifications

• Must have an active real estate license for the market you want to work in
• 1-3 years of real estate experience, preferably with investors
• Able to work in G-suite and learn software systems quickly
• Interest in real estate investing
