Ohio Licensed Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Managed Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents related to coverage and reimbursement to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitors regulatory updates and leads the development and management of interpretation reviews with key partners
• Coordinates with stakeholders to analyze and implement changes impacting the product and communicates updates effectively

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a managed care organization or related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Familiarity with administration systems and strong analytical skills
• Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
