Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Counselor/Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient care
• Provide counseling and patient education through evidenced-based practices
• Ensure treatment program accountability and assist patients in setting realistic goals for addiction recovery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or High School Diploma with CDCA licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human-services setting or a Master's Degree in behavioral science
• Must possess a valid license (LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, or LICDC)
• Completion of required training for HIOP programs within the first 90 days of employment
