Job Summary
Innovative and data-driven, the full-time Ohio Licensed Lead Internal Auditor will manage risk-based internal audits, leverage advanced analytics tools to enhance audit processes, and provide actionable insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and own risk-based internal audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Design and implement continuous auditing strategies using automation and machine learning techniques
- Provide regular communications to audit clients, including executive leadership, regarding audit findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services organizations, with a preference for installment loan experience
- CISA, CPA, or CIA certification required
- Experience in financial audit data analytics and establishing automated continuous monitoring
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and experience with tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
