Ohio Licensed Lead Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To ensure successful rollout of the Patient First platform, the full-time Ohio Licensed Lead Pharmacy Technician will perform end-to-end pharmacy technician duties for live patients, lead validation of platform functionality, and act as a subject matter expert while working remotely in a phone-based pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pharmacy technician duties and validate the Patient First platform functionality in real-world conditions
• Identify system defects and provide actionable feedback to improve workflows and patient safety
• Train and mentor pharmacy technicians, supporting department efficiency and consistent execution of standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) with active registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a live pharmacy environment
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and pharmacy operations
• Demonstrated experience in training or mentoring pharmacy technicians preferred
