Job Summary
A company is looking for an Originating Loan Officer Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Review files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensure completeness of submissions
- Act as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and customers while managing client and referral partner databases
- Provide administrative support in the collection and preparation of loan applications and marketing materials
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active MLO Licensing required
- 2 - 5 years of experience for LOA Level 1; 5+ years for LOA Level 2
- Experience in database management and customer service
- Knowledge of loan processing and underwriting standards
- Ability to analyze customer credit and financial scenarios
