Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage mortgage loan files from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and review financial documentation to ensure complete loan files
• Analyze loan applications and verify creditworthiness against guidelines
• Request and secure necessary supporting documents from partners and manage workflow to meet closing dates

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role within the mortgage industry
• Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in managing a high-volume pipeline
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software is preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and various loan programs
• Understanding of mortgage terms and processing functions
