Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work) - Ohio Only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and identify business needs
• Maintain headcount requirements and ensure adequate staffing to meet compliance regulations
• Provide analytical input on trends related to call handle time and call volume for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
• Expert knowledge of call center operations, processes, and procedures
• Understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
