Job Summary

A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to provide quality care through pharmacy services in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, primarily sitting at a desk
