Ohio Licensed MD Call Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to provide quality care and support in a pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information and perform claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, requiring sitting at a desk 90% of the time
