Ohio Licensed MDS Consultant

Job Summary

Overseeing the facility's assessment processes, the full-time Ohio Licensed MDS Consultant will ensure compliance with guidelines, manage PDPM meetings, and provide training while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings and track effective utilization of PDPM tools
• Create clinical reporting systems and hold monthly workshops on PDPM and CMS-related regulations
• Ensure timely completion of MDS Assessments and coordinate interdisciplinary participation for new admissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• MDS certification is preferred
• Experience in clinical and management roles, preferably in a regional or corporate setting
• Knowledge of CMS/OIG surveys and regulations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
