Ohio Licensed Medical Science Director

Job Summary

To support medical affairs activities across various therapeutic areas, the remote Ohio Licensed Medical Science Director will engage with healthcare providers and institutional stakeholders, assist in medical strategy development, and facilitate clinical trial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support medical affairs activities through compliant scientific exchange and insight gathering across oncology, infectious disease, nephrology, and acute care
• Engage with healthcare providers and KOLs to foster trusted relationships in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assist in the development and execution of medical strategy, including publication planning and responding to medical information requests

Required qualifications

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, DNP, NP, PA-C, or equivalent)
• Preferred 1+ years of field medical/MSL experience in a related role
• 1-5+ years of experience within an academic, healthcare, or pharmaceutical setting preferred
• Oncology experience required, with additional experience in infectious disease, nephrology, or critical care strongly preferred
• Exceptional scientific communication and presentation skills
