Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent - Hybrid in Dublin, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them into qualified leads and sales
• Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services
• Assist in the completion of enrollment over the phone while adhering to product requirements and guidelines

Required Qualifications and Education

• No prior insurance license required; training will be provided to obtain necessary licenses
• Successful completion of the UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems effectively
• Meet and maintain requirements for agent licensure and annual product certification
• Full-time availability with flexibility for rotational weekend work
