Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Representative to assist customers in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Medicare beneficiaries, helping them navigate their insurance options
• Conduct needs assessments and educate clients on Medicare options and enrollment processes
• Meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Medicare sales experience
• Active Health & Life Insurance License
• Current AHIP certification
• Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)
• Bilingual a plus
