Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to consumer inquiries regarding product plan benefits and services in compliance with regulations
  • Engage with consumers to achieve service performance goals while ensuring compliance with Federal and State requirements
  • Document and accurately code all inquiries and generate responses as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of high school education; some college level studies preferred
  • Experience in customer service with knowledge of Medicare and CMS regulations desired
  • Knowledge of managed care benefit plans and products
  • PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Medical terminology and claims processing knowledge is a plus
