Job Summary
Seeking a full-time, Ohio Licensed Mental Health Clinician, the role focuses on delivering virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, while managing a full caseload and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 virtual psychotherapy sessions and conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure continuity of care and support client engagement in mental health services
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field supporting independent clinical practice
- Active, unrestricted independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families
- Experience treating depression and anxiety preferred
- Strong working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
