Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, Ohio Licensed Mental Health Clinician, the role focuses on delivering virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, while managing a full caseload and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 virtual psychotherapy sessions and conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure continuity of care and support client engagement in mental health services

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field supporting independent clinical practice
• Active, unrestricted independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families
• Experience treating depression and anxiety preferred
• Strong working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
