Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Ohio Licensed Mental Health Provider will be responsible for treatment planning, assessments, and delivering evidence-based therapy modalities to individuals, couples, and families while collaborating with the clinical team in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older
- Lead support groups and psychoeducational workshops related to mental health topics
- Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians to ensure integrated continuity of care for patients
Required qualifications
- Master's level licensed mental health clinician (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD)
- Must obtain independent licensure within 2 years of hire if currently in the process
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience in providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation and treatment of mental illness
- Preferred 2 or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
