Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Ohio Licensed Mental Health Provider will be responsible for treatment planning, assessments, and delivering evidence-based therapy modalities to individuals, couples, and families while collaborating with the clinical team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older
  • Lead support groups and psychoeducational workshops related to mental health topics
  • Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians to ensure integrated continuity of care for patients
Required qualifications
  • Master's level licensed mental health clinician (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD)
  • Must obtain independent licensure within 2 years of hire if currently in the process
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Experience in providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation and treatment of mental illness
  • Preferred 2 or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
