Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations and supports staff in client services
• Ensures clinical determinations align with company policies and member interests
• Monitors policy effectiveness and recommends changes as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, psychology, counseling, etc.)
• 7 years of progressive experience as an EAP Counselor or equivalent
• Relevant supervisory or management experience preferred
• Licensed Mental Health Clinician or other recognized licenses
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Office
