Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual therapy and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 20-25 one-on-one virtual psychotherapy sessions weekly
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans with SMART goals
• Document all sessions in an electronic medical record and ensure compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field allowing for independent practice
• Full independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy
• Thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy
• Experience working with a diverse population and background in treating depression and anxiety preferred
