Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Ohio Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and collaborate with other mental health providers while ensuring timely documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients
- Maintain a flexible caseload and availability of 8-24 hours per week, primarily focused on direct client care
- Complete and lock all client documentation in EMR within 48 hours of contact
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in Ohio as LISW, IMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults and at least 6 months of teletherapy experience
- Proficient in clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9
- Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
